The parcel arrived in 56 days and was packaged well. The adapters seem to be usb 3.0 (they have the secondary pins, even though i did not test them with usb 3.0 device). I ordered 3, and 2 of them worked, however, 1 of them did not start (so i contacted the seller for a partial refund).
