You need to carefully check the MAC and WIN of the power switch before using it. If you use it from Windows to MAC, the scroll wheel moves in the opposite direction. I am very satisfied with the product.

Received the UGREEN vertical mouse – a pleasant first impression! Packed as usual at UGREEN: in a branded bag with a presentable box, the mouse is protected by additional cardboard shielding in a separate adhesive bag. there are instructions in multiple languages. Everything arrived intact.
I took it for testing a new form factor; I thought it would fit a medium or slightly larger hand because the cover is smooth without rubber inserts. The buttons are quiet, the metal ring is a nice detail for the future. There is a separate Mac/Windows mode switch combined with a power switch; the mouse automatically adjusts to the operating system when turned on. Supports connecting to three devices – very convenient. DPI is changed with one button.
It will take some getting used to the vertical grip, but as a stationary option— an excellent choice. For the mobile version, it is still too large. I am satisfied with the purchase, I recommend it!

Very comfortable to hold esp there is some support at the base for pinky so my pinky is not rubbing against table directly. The entire body of the mouse is made with hard plastic (no silicone material) so i won’t need to worry about it degrading. Love it to use it for work!

Fast, responsive, simply connects with a USB module and via Bluetooth. It fits nicely in the hand. Positions well on a fabric mat and desk, sometimes “loses place” on a matte glass mat, which is not observed with another mouse from UGREEN.
Ergonomics. You need to use it on a mat with a roller or with a wrist rest. The body is not rubberized and with a dry hand (which I always have), you either have to squeeze the mouse hard to prevent your hand from slipping down, or constantly reach for the left button with your index finger as it keeps moving to the right button. As soon as the wrist lifts a few centimeters, all fingers fall into place as they should. -
Pretty good. It’s comfortable to hold, though probably not suited for people with small hands. Precision is good, but not great. Ordinary gui tasks like selecting text works well unlike with my previous chinese mouse, but might not be suitable for gaming. No other obvious faults. It glides smoothly over the included mouse mat. The buttons have a good actuation force, not too heavy, but also not so light that you click by mistake. The scroll wheel also works well.

The mouse is amazing, one of the best I’ve ever had. In terms of form factor, it’s the most suitable for an average hand. The tilt angle and every curve are well thought out. After using a regular mouse, this one is big and comfortable but unusual; I think playing while lying on the bed will be convenient.

I bought a mouse for MacBook Air, the Bluetooth connection works well, so far there have been no issues. There are two additional buttons on the inside, but they are only responsible for control and I couldn’t change their assignment in settings. The material is pleasant. Such a vertical mouse is indeed more comfortable than a regular one, but for a woman’s hand (15 cm palm) it might be slightly larger than needed, but it doesn’t cause much discomfort. It arrived in packaging that looked like it had been kicked around on purpose, but the mouse inside was intact and undamaged, so the mouse’s packaging fulfills its purpose 100%. The mouse runs on one AA 1.5 V battery, but I don’t know yet how long it lasts because I just bought the mouse.

-It’s just an ordinary general vertical mouse, but very low noise. I’m not sure if it’s because of the product design, but I end up pressing the wheel with my index finger instead of stopping it.
-The key feel is slightly blunt on the left and right, and the noise is much less. The side button is set to go forward/backward, but the material feels a bit cheap and there’s almost no click sensation.
-The wheel is somewhere between a ratchet and an infinite wheel. There is almost no noise, but there are fewer catches, so it can be a bit difficult to control at times.
-I’m not familiar with sensitivity since I haven’t used vertical before, but there was no discomfort related to sensitivity. However, I don’t think I’ll play games with this.
-If you are planning to use the Logitech Vertical Case, please do not use it. It’s the same shape, but this one is longer. -

These vertical mice from ugreen are excellent quality and great value. Super comfy to use and work well with both my mac and windows machines. I’ve used with both bluetooth and the usb adaptor. Two minor criticisms that do not affect the quality. First is it would be nice to have it rechargeable instead of using an aa battery. Second would be a ucb-c adapter.

It comes with Bluetooth connection, so I freed up a USB port that was used by the 2.4 GHz transmitter of my previous mouse. It’s sensitive in a different way than the one I had before; I still need to get used to it. The scroll works perfectly. The mousepad is nice.

It’s a nice mouse, very soft to handle and accurate. I’m starting to adapt to the vertical, and i’m very pleased.
Just wondering, the scroll wheel doesn’t have tilt for horizontal scrolling, nor are the buttons programmable, so i have to install a small app xmbc from highrez.co.uk to program the forward and back buttons to copy and paste functions (more useful)

I did some good research and decided to go with this model instead of 4x as expensive logitech. My hands are rather small and i had some troubles with my elbow, this has improved since using this mouse, size is perfect for girls/women, clicks are not noticeable, no problem with bluetooth connection. Totally worth the money!

I bought the mouse for my wife, but she found it uncomfortable to use–she has small hands. I put it on my computer and it’s now my mouse of preference. I’ve purchased bluetooth and wireless mouses befor and always noticed a little lag. This is the first one where i’m not aware of the lag. For my larger hands, it’s very comfortable. It has a bluetooth range of about 15m in our house which is way more than i actually need. Great, comfortable (for me) mouse. Shipping was extremely fast.

It’s a bit light, so it’s good for movement, but it doesn’t slide smoothly, making it feel like it moves a bit more. Other than that, the angle of placement and button positions are reasonable, and most importantly, there’s almost no noise when clicking, so it can be used in quiet places.

Early days but i’m very impressed with the quality and performance of the ugreen ergonomic/vertical mouse. The build quality is good and its appearance is quite stylish. Handy to have both the bluetooth and dongle connection capability. At present i’ve only connect via bluetooth and it was a hassle free process.

Very comfortable mouse, especially for large hands. The shape is excellent and the main buttons are pleasantly quiet. Overall build quality feels solid for the price.
The side buttons are the weak point. They are extremely quiet and almost lack tactile click feedback, which makes them feel a bit vague.
Important note: in windows mode the side buttons do not send proper separate key down and key up events, so it’s impossible to detect or use a true hold (long press). In mac mode, somewhat surprisingly, the mouse sends keyboard shortcuts like ctrl+left and ctrl+right, but it does send distinct down and up events. Because of that, hold can be detected. I switched to mac mode and remapped those shortcuts to mouse buttons using karabiner to get correct behavior.

As everyone says – the mouse is unusual. Surprisingly, the hand fits naturally and comfortably. The wheel is metal, but it doesn’t scroll as fast as the Logitech one. Just scroll. The buttons are quiet. Overall, it’s convenient to use, but you need to get used to it a bit.
One of the disadvantages is the forward/backward buttons – they have almost no noticeable click or feeling of activation – it’s just a spring-loaded button that sinks in and returns back. They are definitely not comfortable to use.
To sum it up, it’s a good purchase for the money.
